Who is it for?

As CPO, you will lead our mission to deliver exceptional product design and development and guide us towards broader goals. We seek a visionary capable of driving innovation, understanding the entrepreneur ecosystem, and leading us into our next growth phase.

Minimum Requirements :

• At least 3 years (up to 10 years) of experience in a technology company, software development, or digital marketing.
• A degree in engineering, information systems, or related fields from a reputable university, with experience in project management and deployment.
• A passion for helping others, customer-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and experience in startup challenges and opportunities.
• Proven leadership in startup, tech, or product development companies, with a track record of growth and innovation.
• Deep understanding of product design, development, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of navigating growth and transition phases.

Core Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute a long-term strategy, including current offerings and future initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficiency across operations, set priorities, optimize workflows, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Market and Industry Insight: Stay updated on trends and opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
• Business Development: Seek new growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Community Engagement: Organize events, launch online courses, and foster networking and mentorship.
• Team Leadership: Inspire, recruit, and mentor a dedicated team aligned with our strategic goals.
• Offer a combined cash and equity stake of up to 5%, vested over two years with a one-year cliff, recognizing the CTO's role in our growth.
• Additional performance-based compensation based on experience and contribution.
