Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee operations across the UAE (Middle East HQ), European markets, and Indonesia. This executive will be responsible for expanding the business, driving strategic initiatives, and leading the implementation of operational systems to ensure scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise regional offices in the UAE, Europe, and Indonesia
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support the company’s expansion goals
• Establish and implement operational frameworks for scalable and efficient growth
• Drive performance across all markets and ensure regional integration
• Oversee financial planning and budget execution across business units
• Represent the company at high-level industry events and in investor relations
• Report directly to the company founder

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of senior leadership and operational management experience
• Proven background in real estate, investments, or international operations
• Mandatory : MBA from a recognized institution
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities
• Experience managing multicultural, cross-border teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
