Chief Operating Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations - business development, sales, leasing, and asset management.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 17 years of executive experience in a senior leadership role within a real estate company.
2. Solid background in property development, sales, and leasing across international markets and regions.
3. Strategic planning and business development experience - a strong networker with a black book of contacts for end users and business opportunities for real estate projects across the UAE.
4. Extensive experience in managing large-scale property development projects in line with market standards and regulations in the UAE/GCC regions.
5. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
