Overview

AUGE International Consulting, a UAE-based company with 7+ years of proven success in digital education, is now launching a new start-up in Ras Al Khaimah to take our online achievements to the next international level.

We are looking for a hands-on COO with strong expertise in education, membership models, SaaS, and AI to lead this new venture and build a world-class operational structure from the ground up.

• Drive the operational setup and international growth of our new start-up.
• Build and lead high-performing teams to scale globally.
• Design and implement processes for digital education, membership, SaaS, and AI-powered solutions.
• Report directly to the Founders and work side by side with visionary leaders.
• Proven leadership in edtech, SaaS, or membership-driven businesses.
• Solid operational background with international exposure.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Candidates with experience in fast-growth markets, particularly India, are especially encouraged to apply.
