Job description

Full lead and oversight of functions which include, but are not limited to:

  1. Relationship Management: communicating with investors, contributing to RFPs and DDQs, maintaining a central database of IR information, and supporting investment teams in fundraising for new and existing vehicles.
  2. Marketing
  3. Legal
  4. Fund operations
  5. Digital
  6. External Finance Function Oversight: oversee all aspects of the third-party finance function, including fund administration, budgets, end-of-year audit, and performance monitoring of portfolio companies.

  • Experience in a COO or equivalent role within an investment, asset management, or financial services business.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Degree educated.
  • Driven to add value to all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to leverage AI and data analytics to enhance client experience.
  • High level of attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a senior team and to multitask and prioritize.
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and anticipate potential issues.
  • Proven track record of creating operational excellence in a COO role.
