Chief Operating Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible in overseeing all aspects of the company's operations - business development, sales, leasing and asset management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 17 years' of executive experience in senior leadership role within real estate company.
• Solid background in property development, sales, leasing - across international markets and international regions.
• Strategic planning and business development experience - a strong networker who has a black book contacts of end users and business opportunities for real estate projects across UAE.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale property development projects in line with market standards and regulations in the UAE / GCC Regions.
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
