Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the company across all departments.
• Implement strategic plans in line with the company's goals and long-term vision.
• Develop and refine operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with the CEO to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring departments meet their objectives.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
• Foster a strong company culture focused on integrity, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within the real estate industry (preferably in Dubai)
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent understanding of real estate regulations and market dynamics in the UAE.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
