The Mission

Lead the creation of a global eCommerce logistics powerhouse — one that scales fast, redefines standards, and leaves customers in awe. This is a startup within a scale-up environment. You won’t just run it — you’ll build it from the ground up.

What You’ll Own

This isn’t about running an existing machine — it’s about engineering one.

1. Global Commercial Engine

• Build and lead high-performing commercial teams across the US, UK, Europe, China, India and the GCC
• Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across diverse geographies
• Forge strategic partnerships and tech integrations that unlock exponential scale

2. Product & Tech

• Co-create the tech roadmap alongside internal and external development teams
• Solve for customer pain points with tech — WMS, OMS, TMS, visibility, and frictionless UX
• Lead engineering efforts with a focus on scalability, speed, and security

3. Operations & Experience

• Design global eCommerce operations that enable seamless onboarding, fulfillment, and cross-border trade
• Build proactive, multilingual customer service teams obsessed with delivering best-in-class CX
• Execute a cost-effective delivery model with an asset-light operational footprint

4. Team & Culture

• Recruit, inspire, and lead a driven, mission-aligned team
• Instil a culture rooted in ownership, execution, and performance
• Be hands-on — sleeves up, building from zero to global scale

What You Bring

• 8–15 years in eCommerce logistics, tech-enabled fulfilment, or cross-border supply chain
• Demonstrated success in scaling commercial teams and digital products internationally
• Startup energy — resourceful, fast-learning, resilient
• Relentless executor — action-oriented and outcome-obsessed
• Adept at balancing growth, CX, and unit economics
• Fluent across tech, ops, and sales — equally comfortable in API and revenue strategy discussions
• Globally seasoned, culturally agile, and tough under pressure
