Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Administration & Office Practices, Documents & Mail Management, Task & Workflow Management, Business and Technical Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the job as assigned.
  • Assist in project management and administrative functions in alignment with CEO directives, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Support the Office Manager with team and committee coordination, attending meetings as necessary.
  • Help generate and follow up on reports, including Monthly Performance Reports for all CASS Departments.
  • Maintain records related to Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) and Corporate Excellence Team achievements.
  • Participate in reviewing internal business processes and process maps.
  • Distribute announcements and circulars timely across all locations and staff.
  • Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Office Manager.
  • Update reports and procedures in the Committee Tracking System (CTS) periodically.
