Role: Chief of Staff

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 AED per month + performance-based bonuses

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Chief of Staff to support the Chairman & CEO of a leading real estate group based in Dubai. The role requires an individual who is action-oriented, can make decisions with minimal oversight, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Your role will involve acting as the right-hand to the CEO, ensuring high-level execution across all businesses and ventures. You will lead and execute key projects, turning strategy into reality to drive the business forward. Your role will also involve creating and improving their systems to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.

This is a hands-on role where you will play a critical part in the organisation’s growth and success. We’re looking for someone who will step into leadership across various initiatives.

The role requires experience in operations, investment, or high-growth development firms, ideally within the real estate industry.
