Chief Marketing Officer - Dubai

We’re seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale the global marketing and communications function for a high-growth technology business with a bold mission and a socially impactful product.

This role is a rare opportunity to shape the global narrative of a transformative B2B2C platform, building the brand, driving strategic growth, and accelerating adoption across a diverse, global audience. The CMO will collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, business development, engineering, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing and communications strategy aligned with business goals, designed to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across B2B, B2C, and partner audiences.
  • Define and evolve the brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to clearly communicate the company’s unique value proposition.
  • Partner cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products, ensuring consistent messaging and impact.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to refine strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Communications & PR

  • Lead external communications including PR, thought leadership, and social media to elevate global brand presence and reputation.
  • Build compelling narratives that position the company as an industry leader and innovator.

Execution & Campaign Management

  • Develop integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partner channels to generate qualified leads and build pipeline.
  • Produce high-quality content white papers, case studies, sales enablement tools, videos, etc, to engage both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Establish scalable marketing templates, assets, and guidelines for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with local markets and partners to ensure message consistency and campaign effectiveness globally.
  • Align marketing efforts with business development to support pipeline goals, setting and tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient ROI across all initiatives.

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership in SaaS, software, or B2B2C environments, ideally within high-growth or scale-up settings.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing organisations from the ground up.
  • Experience in both B2B lead generation and B2C adoption strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of brand building, growth marketing, and product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success positioning a company as a category leader.
  • A hands-on leader with the ability to think strategically while rolling up sleeves to execute.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience aligning marketing with sales, product, and partnerships.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both visual and verbal.
