Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven CMO to lead all marketing efforts. You will own the brand, lead generation, and go-to-market strategy to drive growth across enterprise and mid-market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and narrative
  • Lead demand generation, digital marketing, and content marketing
  • Design and manage campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, SEO / SEM, email, events)
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams
  • Build and manage an in-house marketing team and external agencies
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs and campaign ROI

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech marketing, with leadership exposure
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing functions and delivering growth
  • Experience marketing to marketing, procurement, and finance departments
  • Strong understanding of paid media, content strategy, and analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English; international marketing experience is a plus
  • Background in payments or contractor management is a strong advantage
