We're hiring a CMO to lead the next chapter of global brand and growth strategy for a transformative tech scaleup. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining brand, unite global audiences, and drive meaningful engagement across B2B2C ecosystems.
As the voice behind the brand and engine behind customer growth, you ll define global marketing strategy, elevate positioning, and empower internal and external partners through data-driven creativity and storytelling.
What You ll Lead
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Own global marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption
Define brand architecture, audience segmentation, messaging and GTM positioning
Partner across product, commercial, and operations to launch new solutions at scale
Execution & Growth
Deliver high-impact multi-channel campaigns across B2B and B2C
Build marketing assets and toolkits to unify messaging and drive performance
Drive lead generation, funnel optimization, and cross-channel content strategies
Stakeholder Alignment
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing with commercial and product goals
Partner with internal teams and agencies to activate localised, high-converting campaigns
Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, ROI and pipeline impact
Leadership & Insight

What You Bring

10+ years in progressive marketing leadership across B2B, B2C or B2B2C.

Experience launching brands/products in fast-scaling environments.

Proven track record in brand building, lead generation and GTM success.

Data-driven, creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.

Skilled in managing multi-market teams, agencies, and performance metrics.

Deep understanding of campaign analytics, martech, and performance tools.
