Job summary

Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is seeking a senior marketing leader to unify and scale our brand, demand, and audience growth on a global basis. You will own the company voice across markets and build out the senior marketing leadership layer.

You will implement attribution disciplines, build the four pillars, and set CAC/payback targets while directing cross-functional collaboration with the CEO and insights teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive marketing leadership roles.
• Fluent across brand, performance, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with CAC/payback targets.
• Experience building and scaling marketing teams.
• Proven reach across social platforms and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own brand globally and voice in market.
• Build and lead four marketing pillars (Brand, Growth, Owned Media, Community).
• Develop demand engine with ROI discipline and channel attribution.
• Lead budget, measurement, and marketing-sourced revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with CEO and cross-functional partners to drive growth.
