Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced Lead Teacher to provide high-quality teaching and learning while supporting teaching staff development and school programs.

You will plan and deliver differentiated lessons, monitor progress, and maintain a positive learning environment. The role emphasizes mentoring colleagues, coordinating with academic leadership, and upholding teaching standards within the school's curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate and differentiated lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
• Lead classroom teaching and ensure effective learning outcomes for all students.
• Monitor and assess student progress through regular assessments, observations and evaluations.
• Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, teaching resources, student records and assessment documentation.
• Establish and maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support and mentor teachers, teaching assistants and other classroom staff.
• Coordinate with the Academic Coordinator, Head of Department and school management regarding academic matters.
• Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom management and effective teaching strategies.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure teaching standards are maintained.
• Review student work and provide constructive feedback to students and teaching staff.
• Organize and participate in parent meetings and communicate student progress professionally.
• Support the planning and implementation of academic events, activities, projects and school programs.
