About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer to lead the technology and digital transformation strategy across a high performing, customer centric organization. The CIO will be instrumental in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and will oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure, security, data management, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of IT initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, cloud transformation, and system integrations.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks are in place to protect data integrity and system reliability.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to support cross-functional innovation and business growth.
- Build and develop a high-performing IT team with a strong culture of excellence, agility, and accountability.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and IT governance across all technology functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior IT leadership roles, preferably within dynamic, customer-focused industries.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation projects and complex technology programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data strategy, and cloud based systems.
- Track record of managing multi-functional teams and large-scale IT budgets.
