Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's mission and business objectives.
- Partner with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and workforce planning.
- Talent Management:
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring a pipeline of skilled professionals for manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Lead initiatives for employee development, succession planning, and leadership grooming.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing innovation, quality, and collaboration.
- Implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct benchmarking to ensure the company remains an employer of choice.
- Industrial Relations (IR):
- Maintain strong industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Address grievances and work collaboratively with unions to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance and Governance:

- Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes impacting the workforce.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in industrial relations, talent management, and workforce planning.
