Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function globally from Dubai while directly overseeing our Türkiye operations. The CHRO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, driving organizational design, talent management, culture, and people strategy to support rapid international growth.

The ideal candidate must possess deep HR leadership experience across Türkiye and international markets, be fluent in Turkish and English, and demonstrate a strong track record of leading high-performing HR organizations in dynamic, growth-oriented companies (preferably in fintech, technology, or financial services).

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Define and execute the global HR strategy aligned with company business objectives and growth roadmap.
  • Organizational Design & Development: Lead organizational structuring and change management to support scaling across geographies.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention: Build talent pipelines in Türkiye, MENA, Europe and CIS markets to attract and retain top talent.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion company values, strengthen its people-first culture, and foster high employee engagement across diverse teams.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive reward structures to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Learning & Development: Establish leadership programs, training, and career development frameworks for continuous learning.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure HR policies meet local labor laws in Dubai, Türkiye, and other jurisdictions.
  • Executive Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on people and culture matters, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years at the senior executive level.
  • Türkiye Experience: Must have strong working experience in Türkiye, including labor laws, HR operations, and organizational development.
  • Languages: Fluency in Turkish and English required.
  • Industry Exposure: Proven HR leadership in fintech, financial services, or technology companies preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or HR certifications (CIPD/SHRM) are strong pluses.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong people management, cultural adaptability, and ability to scale HR systems in fast-growth environments.
