Chief Financial Officer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

The ideal architect of our financial future will bring :

  • Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • A decade-plus trajectory of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Proven track record in C-suite or senior finance positions with comprehensive financial oversight
  • Mastery of US GAAP and financial statement integration
  • Extensive ERP system expertise, particularly in complex organizational structures
  • Substantial Big 4 audit experience (minimum 5 audits, either side of the table)
  • Superior communication capabilities in English, ready for executive-level discourse
  • Geographic alignment within UTC-8 to UTC+3 zones

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD / hour, which equates to $400,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
