Our client, a high-growth, innovation-driven technology company headquartered in Qatar, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial function and support its next phase of regional and international expansion.

As a retained executive search partner, we are looking for a commercially minded and operationally strong finance leader with a track record of driving scalable growth in tech-enabled or digital-first businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring alignment between finance, operations, and overall business objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the group.
• Oversee internal controls, cash flow management, working capital, and reporting processes.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on capital allocation, investment strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Lead financial governance and ensure full compliance with local regulatory and tax frameworks.
• Build robust investor and board reporting structures, especially in preparation for future fundraising or exit opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and key advisors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth tech, digital services, or SaaS company.
• Experience in scaling operations and implementing financial systems and controls from early to mature stages.
• Strong exposure to fundraising, investor relations, and board-level engagement.
• Prior experience working in the GCC or emerging markets is preferred; Qatar experience is a plus.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CFA) or an MBA from a top-tier institution are advantageous.
• Agile, analytical, and hands-on leader capable of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
