We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our group of companies in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, risk management, and team leadership with deep expertise in the construction industry. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial management, compliance, and strategic planning while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth across multiple group companies.
  2. Establish and lead a high-performing accounts and finance team, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
  4. Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and regulatory requirements specific to the construction industry.
  5. Develop risk management strategies and financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  6. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
  7. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team for strategic decision-making.
  8. Optimize financial performance by analyzing business trends, costs, and revenue streams.

Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance qualification.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction finance, project accounting, and cost control.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring finance teams.
