The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and elevate our finance function. Based in Dubai, you’ll partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making, manage cross-border financial complexity, and ensure financial governance as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Act as a core member of the executive leadership team.
• Drive group-wide financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Lead the transition of financial leadership from the Group Financial Controller.

1. Group Finance Oversight

• Oversee Finance Operations Across :
• UAE : Multiple local LLCs
• UK : 2 Limited Companies
• USA : LLC and Inc Entities
• Ensure consolidated group reporting and compliance (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP).
• Manage group cash flow, intercompany transactions, and currency risk.

1. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with tax, licensing, audit, and statutory requirements in all jurisdictions.
• Liaise with global advisors: auditors, tax consultants, legal counsel.

1. Systems & Controls

• Enhance and scale financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
• Embed best practices across jurisdictions for audit-readiness and operational efficiency.

1. Team Leadership

• Mentor and manage finance team members across locations.
• Oversee the transition of the Group Financial Controller to a part-time role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance role (preferably CFO level).
• Strong track record in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction finance environments.
• Familiarity with UAE, UK and US operations and regulations.
• Industry experience in healthcare, wellness, or therapy services is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of cross-border structuring, international tax, transfer pricing, and consolidations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led business environment.
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
