Designation: Chief Financial Officer
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.
- Investment Management: Analyze potential real estate investment opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks associated with real estate projects and implement mitigation strategies.
- Growth Initiatives: Provide insights and financial support for mergers, acquisitions, and expansions within the real estate portfolio.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) regulations in the UAE.
- Accurate Reporting: Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Tax Management: Implement tax-efficient strategies for transactions and projects.
- Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits and maintain transparent financial records.
- Managing AML compliance for the group companies which includes proper implementation of AML policy and filing of Real Estate Activity Reports (REAR) as per the requirement of Ministry of Economy.
Real Estate Project Oversight
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the projects and procurement teams to monitor budgets for ongoing developments.
- Project Financing: Secure funding for real estate projects through partnerships, or alternative financing options.
- Cost Optimization: Review project expenses to control costs while maintaining quality standards.
Cash Flow & Asset Management
- Liquidity Management: Oversee cash flow to ensure the company can meet its operational and project-specific financial needs.
- Portfolio Optimization: Manage and monitor the company's real estate assets for profitability.
- Debt Management: Strategize debt restructuring, repayment, and financing activities.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Team Leadership: Lead the finance team and provide training for enhanced performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Board Collaboration: Present financial updates, reports, and strategic plans to the Board of Directors.
Technology Integration
- System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of financial technologies (ERP systems) to enhance reporting and project tracking.
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytics to gain insights into market trends and financial performance.
