Job Summary:
A leading Medical Center in Sharjah is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the center. This leadership role is key in driving performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all financial and accounting functions of the medical center.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, and healthcare financial standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, cost control, and revenue cycle optimization.
- Oversee billing, collections, procurement, and inventory management processes.
- Evaluate financial risks and provide strategic recommendations based on sound analysis.
- Lead, develop, and supervise the finance department team.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent financial certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of financial management experience, with at least 3–5 years in the healthcare sector.
- Proven leadership experience and strategic financial planning skills.
- Strong understanding of medical billing systems, insurance processes, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
