ChangeTools.ai is seeking a strategic and hands-on CFO to guide our financial operations and contribute to our journey from startup to standout. We've built a powerful AI tool that turns complex organizational change data into insightful reports in minutes. As we scale, we need a financial leader to ensure our fiscal health and strategic investments align with our goals.

What You'll Own :

• Oversee all financial functions : accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit, tax, and treasury.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
• Build and manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) capabilities to provide insights.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and compliance procedures.
• Lead fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• Have experience in financial management within both public and private sectors.

What We're Looking For :

• Deep understanding of contractual requirements and compliance standards of public and private sector clients.
• Established relationships within the public or private sector investment community.
• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in SaaS and technology, with AI experience a plus.
• Proven experience managing financial operations for a scaling SaaS business.
• Ability to make critical financial decisions swiftly and strategically.
• Strategic thinker with ownership mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial narratives.
