Job description

- Opening and managing accounts with UAE and Middle East banks.

- Ensuring an efficient payment process (promptness, minimal fees).

- Interacting with banking and various financial organizations in UAE to identify new opportunities for the company.

- Controlling the return of money from customers (China, Korea, etc.).

- Managing UAE Trade House margin formation.

- Cash and liquidity management.

- Managing a team of 2 employees: finance manager and accountant.

- Accounting and management of exchange rate differences, hedging of exchange rate differences (CNY, CNH, USD, AED, RUB).

- Overseeing accounting and tax reporting of UAE TD; interacting with auditors and consultants.

- Monitoring changes in UAE tax legislation and assessing their impact on the company.

Qualifications:

1. Higher education in finance or accounting.
2. At least 3 years of experience in finance within trading organizations or banks (corporate sector).
3. Successful experience working with UAE banks and contract management.
4. IFRS certification and understanding of accounting fundamentals.
5. Knowledge of the current UAE tax system and active monitoring of legislative changes.
6. Ability to handle high volumes of information and data.
7. Attention to detail and thoroughness.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Fluent English is mandatory; Russian or Chinese language skills are preferable.
