Job Title : Chief of Finance

Location : Dubai, UAE

Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director, Commercial Director

Department : Finance & Accounts

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief of Finance to lead our finance operations and support business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive financial strategy, planning, and analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Ensure accurate financial reporting (IFRS) and compliance (VAT, tax)
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and audit functions
• Mitigate financial risks and advise leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications :

• Bachelors in finance / accounting; MBA or master’s preferred
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification
• 5+ years in a leadership finance role
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations

Compensation Package :

• Monthly Salary : AED 10,000
• Annual Leave : 30 calendar days of paid leave per year
• Employment Visa and Health Insurance
• Air Ticket : Annual round-trip airfare for self
• Other Benefits : End-of-service gratuity as per UAE labor law
