About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and planning. The ideal candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi and bring a strong background across multiple industries, including healthcare, real estate, construction, and other relevant sectors.

This is a key leadership role that requires sharp financial acumen, excellent strategic thinking, and the ability to manage and streamline financial processes across diverse business verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
2. Oversee financial reporting, audits, risk management, and compliance
3. Drive cost-efficiency, investment planning, and profitability across departments
4. Collaborate with executive leadership to support growth and expansion initiatives
5. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders
6. Implement and monitor internal controls and financial systems
7. Provide leadership to the finance team across multiple business units

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
2. Extensive background in at least three or more industries, especially healthcare, real estate, and construction
3. Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance standards
4. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent preferred
5. Advanced knowledge of financial software, ERP systems, and reporting tools
6. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
7. Based in Abu Dhabi and available to join immediately
