Remote, full-time (EST hours, with flexibility)

Compensation package:

  • $150,000-300,000 compensation package
  • $70-100k USD base + % of profit share on profit growth
  • Potential equity/bonuses for long-term growth milestones

About Company:

Our client is a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand in the premium modest fashion space, specifically catering to Western Muslim women. They are known for high-quality headscarves and are poised for significant expansion. The founder is transitioning to a strategic advisory role, creating an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and visionary leader to take the helm and drive the next phase of growth. We are seeking a Muslim, based in or having grown up in the West, with a strong understanding of Western Muslim culture.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly strategic, hands-on, and visionary CEO who deeply understands the values, aspirations, and nuances of modest fashion from the perspective of a Western Muslim woman. You will assume full ownership of the business, leveraging content, community, and commerce to unlock growth potential. This is an opportunity to run a thriving brand as if it were your own, with support from the founder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of all business areas: content, marketing, operations, product development, and growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of 8 across marketing, operations, logistics, content creation, and customer experience.
  • Boost brand visibility through content strategies leveraging UGC, TikTok Shop, and influencer collaborations.
  • Implement a global brand strategy, staying true to our Western Muslim customer base.
  • Focus on profitable scaling: optimize for profit and growth, not just sales increase.
  • Establish systems and processes to ensure effective operation without constant founder involvement.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Built or led a 7+ figure DTC ecommerce brand
  • Deep, authentic understanding of modest fashion, Western Muslim women’s lifestyle, and hijab culture
  • Success in content-first growth strategies, including UGC, TikTok Shop, and influencer marketing
  • Experience building online communities and converting customers into loyal advocates via platforms like Discord, Facebook groups, live events, email, and SMS
  • Proven ability to scale profitably, build high-performing teams, and delegate responsibilities
  • Confidence in making bold, autonomous decisions

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Shopify, Omnisend, Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads, TikTok Shop
  • Experience launching new product lines or entering international markets (e.g., Gulf region)
  • Experience with performance-based compensation structures
  • Strong financial acumen, ability to analyze and report on KPIs

What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months:

  • Monthly profit exceeding $100,000
  • Over 300 daily orders processed
  • Website conversion rate of 4% or higher
  • Consistent organic brand mentions and reach through community content
  • Clear, compelling brand voice supported by scalable content
  • Aligned, efficient, motivated team under your leadership
