Position Overview :

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a strategic, commercially driven, and entrepreneurial Group CEO to lead a dynamic and internationally active family-backed investment platform, headquartered in Dubai.

An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a strategic, commercially driven, and entrepreneurial Group CEO to lead a dynamic and internationally active family-backed investment platform, headquartered in Dubai.

With an existing NAV of approximately USD $200 million, the organisation operates across real estate development, private equity, operating businesses, and public markets, with investments spanning the UAE, UK, Europe, US, and Asia-Pacific.

As the Executive Chairman transitions to a non-operational role, the Group seeks a CEO to drive platform growth, strengthen investment governance, and lead efforts to achieve a 3–5x uplift in enterprise value over the next 5–7 years.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute investment strategy across :
• Real estate (development and asset management in the UAE and UK)
• Private investments (control and minority stakes in growth and mature companies)
• Public markets (oversight of third-party managed portfolios)
• Strategic acquisitions in Europe with Gulf expansion potential
• Lead portfolio management, capital allocation, and exit strategies
• Oversee group-wide financial reporting, liquidity, capital structure, and risk
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team with institutional best practices
• Represent the Group in investor, board, JV, and market-facing engagements
• Report directly to the Group’s Executive Chairman

Candidate Profile :

Experience & Credentials :

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in private equity, principal investing, family office, or investment platforms
• Track record of deal origination, execution, and value creation
• Experience in real estate development, venture / growth-stage investments, or operating company leadership
• Background in family-owned or founder-led organisations is highly valued
• International exposure across UK, Europe, GCC, or Asia-Pacific preferred

Leadership Attributes :

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and operational depth
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and systems-oriented
• Effective stakeholder manager with board-level gravitas
• Capable of building scalable, institutional frameworks within agile teams
• Culturally fluent and aligned with GCC business environment

Education :

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification from a top-tier institution is preferred
