Your Mission

To provide strategic leadership, commercial vision, and operational excellence across the company, accelerating growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering breakthrough financial products in a regulated, fast-moving digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy Development

• Define and execute a compelling long-term vision and growth strategy in alignment with market trends and investor expectations.
• Lead strategic planning, product roadmap decisions, and business model innovation.
• Ensure the company vision is consistently reflected in brand positioning, culture, and customer experience.

Business Growth & Market Expansion

• Oversee revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational scalability across geographies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in digital payments, neobanking, lending, crypto/blockchain, or financial infrastructure, as applicable to the business model.
• Secure and manage relationships with strategic partners, investors, regulators, and industry stakeholders.

Leadership & Culture

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing leadership team across technology, product, compliance, marketing, and operations.
• Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across all teams.
• Lead by example with a customer-first, product-led, and tech-empowered mindset.

Financial Oversight & Risk Management

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, and investment planning.
• Ensure the company complies with local and international regulatory requirements, particularly in FinTech licensing, data security, and AML/KYC frameworks.
• Manage risk proactively while balancing innovation and governance.

Stakeholder Communication & Fundraising

• Represent the company in board meetings, investor relations, industry events, and strategic media engagements.
• Drive funding efforts, including Series A/B/C rounds or institutional partnerships, as required.
• Clearly communicate performance metrics, milestones, and company narrative to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven track record as a CEO, Co-founder, or Senior Executive in FinTech, digital banking, SaaS, or related sectors.

Deep understanding of financial technologies, user acquisition strategies, digital product ecosystems, and emerging tech like AI, blockchain, and data analytics.

Strong commercial acumen, with experience leading fundraising, scaling revenue, and entering new markets.

Excellent understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment in financial services, ideally in the MENA region.

A visionary leader who can attract talent, inspire teams, and build stakeholder trust at every level.

Strong communication, negotiation, and crisis-management skills.

Experience working with venture-backed or private equity-backed companies is a strong advantage.
