Chief Executive Officer (CEO) — High22 Luxury Salon, Dubai │ Business Bay

High22 (https : / / high22.ae / ) is a destination beauty salon where every detail — from private VIP suites to photo‑ready interiors — is crafted for guests who expect nothing less than five‑star comfort and results. Our flagship location in Marquise Square Tower has become the go‑to spot for style‑conscious expatriates, and we are looking for an experienced luxury‑salon leader to refine operations and guide the launch of a second premium site next year.

Your mission

Elevate performance at our flagship salon, maintain an impeccable luxury guest experience, and deliver a successful opening of one additional High22 location within 18 months .

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth — develop an annual business plan that maximises revenue per guest, drives repeat bookings, and outlines the roadmap for the second location (site selection, budgeting, pre‑opening marketing).
  • P&L & Operations — full financial accountability, margin optimisation, cost control and KPI reporting to the owners.
  • Brand & Marketing — oversee an English‑speaking content and social‑media team, drive influencer partnerships and PR placements that reinforce High22’s luxury positioning.
  • Customer Experience — guarantee consistent five‑star reviews, embed service protocols that achieve 30 – 40 % repeat‑visit rate , and lead ongoing client‑care training.
  • People & Culture — inspire and develop a team of ~20 stylists, therapists and front‑of‑house professionals ; lead recruitment for talent required at the new location.
  • Compliance — ensure flawless DHA licensing, health & safety, VAT and corporate governance.

What success looks like

  • Second High22 salon opened and trading within 12 months.
  • Revenue growth ≥30 % YoY while maintaining EBITDA margins >

20 %.

  • Average Google review score ≥4.8 and repeat‑visit rate ~ 40 % (65%+ for Dubai resident) .
  • High22 recognised among Dubai’s top luxury salons by leading beauty media and awards.

Ideal profile

  • 5+ years senior leadership in luxury salons, aesthetic clinics, premium hospitality spas or similar; at least 5 years as GM / CEO with full P&L.
  • Demonstrated success scaling or repositioning a high‑end service business in the GCC, preferably Dubai.
  • Deep network among HNWIs, hotel groups, real‑estate developers and lifestyle media.
  • Fluent English (Arabic or Russian advantageous); strong grasp of digital marketing and social platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial, data‑driven and obsessively guest‑centric.
