The CEO / General Manager of MASA Power is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the company’s sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership in the energy and power solutions sector. The role involves managing all departments, driving business development, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and expansion goals, especially across the MENA and GCC regions.

Position Summary :

The CEO / General Manager of MASA Power is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the company’s sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership in the energy and power solutions sector. The role involves managing all departments, driving business development, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and expansion goals, especially across the MENA and GCC regions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with the company's objectives.
  • Lead the expansion into new markets, especially in the Gulf region, with a focus on B2B and governmental partnerships.

2. Business Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, logistics, finance, R&D, and customer support.
  • Establish and enforce internal policies, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure cost control, profitability, and efficient resource allocation.

4. Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, clients, and government entities.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, including renewable energy projects, trading opportunities, and manufacturing ventures.
  • Recruit, train, and manage department heads and senior staff.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture and support continuous development.

6. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with UAE, Jordanian, and international regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Report to shareholders on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within energy, trade, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and power solutions.
  • Proven record in managing teams, driving business growth, and executing strategic initiatives.
