Job description

• Provide overall strategic direction, leadership, and vision for the company across all business verticals.

• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and trends to expand market share and revenue.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, partners, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure operational efficiency, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across all divisions.
• Lead efforts in sustainability, innovation, and digitization within the energy and HVAC sectors.
• Build and maintain a high-performance executive team with a focus on accountability and results.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in public relations activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior executive role within the energy, HVAC, power, or solar technology industries.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations, managing cross-functional teams, and leading multi-million-dollar projects.
• Deep knowledge of market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies in energy and sustainability.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
