Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic roadmap aligned with its mission and growth objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across the maritime and defense sectors, including regional and international expansion.
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee all day-to-day business operations, ensuring world-class execution in shipbuilding and repair services.
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, lean methodologies, and effective project management.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and technical excellence across all production and service delivery functions.
- Financial Performance
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure revenue growth and long-term profitability.
- Drive cost optimization and strategic investment planning to maximize shareholder value.
- Implement robust financial controls, performance tracking, and risk management frameworks.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, government bodies, regulatory authorities, and shareholders.

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive within the shipbuilding, maritime, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of shipbuilding processes, emerging technologies, and global market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive business transformation.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing large-scale budgets and investment portfolios.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Maritime Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
