Job summary

Jobtrack Management Services invites applications for a Chief Estimator – Interiors in Sharjah. A Civil Engineering graduate with at least 10 years Gulf experience in interior fit-out projects is required, capable of leading the estimation team, reviewing specs/drawings, taking quantities, and managing tender submissions.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential; UAE driving license preferred for site coordination and post-contract work.

Qualifications

• Gulf experience in interior fit-out projects with at least 10 years.
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to review specifications and drawings, take quantities, and estimate/tender.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

SHARJAH/ AED 25,000 GROSS + ANNUAL BENEFITS

A very well established company is looking for an Estimator. Civil Engineering graduates with minimum 10 years of gulf experience in Interior Fit out projects. Candidate will be responsible for handling a team and should have experience in reviewing proposal specification & drawings, taking quantities, estimation/tendering process, submissions, negotiations and post contract. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are prerequisites. Candidates with UAE driving license will be preferred.
