Job summary

Launch Legends seeks a visionary senior architect to own the platform’s Layer-0 OS and Layer-1 stack, directing a multi-year engineering roadmap for a quantum-safe blockchain foundation.

You will lead design and hardening of post-quantum cryptography, Zero-Knowledge proofs, and privacy-preserving AI, while building and mentoring a distributed engineering organization across global teams. This is a high-impact, on-site Dubai role.

Qualifications

• 15-25+ years of experience in advanced systems architecture and engineering leadership.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering production blockchain systems (Cosmos SDK, EVM).
• Deep expertise in post-quantum cryptography, Zero-Knowledge systems, or decentralized identity.
