Job description

Position Overview

The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all commercial strategies across the business. This includes driving global sales, developing partner channels (IBs, affiliates), expanding into new markets, and optimizing the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the Forex or online trading industry and a proven track record of driving growth and performance across commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • Lead and manage global Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, institutional clients, and strategic stakeholders.

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in emerging and mature markets.

  • Oversee performance marketing and client acquisition strategies (digital, affiliate, IB programs).

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Technology teams to align commercial goals with overall company strategy.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning.

  • Manage commercial KPIs and prepare performance reports for executive leadership and board-level review.

  • Ensure the business remains compliant with international regulatory requirements related to commercial operations.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Experience expanding business into LATAM, MENA, Europe, Asia, or Africa markets.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, performance marketing tools, and affiliate platforms.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as CCO, Commercial Director, or similar senior leadership role within the Forex, CFDs, or financial trading sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of global Forex markets, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams across regions.

  • Experience with both B2C and B2B client acquisition and lifecycle management.

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
