Cryptopay is looking for an accomplished Chief Commercial Officer to lead our B2B sales initiatives (business.cryptopay.me), streamline the sales cycle, and stimulate revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to craft forward-thinking commercial strategies, strengthen relationships with key clients, and ensure the sales team is optimally structured and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Shape Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Cryptopay’s objectives, focusing on market expansion and long-term growth.
- Develop Business Plans: Create detailed plans that outline areas for development and new revenue opportunities.
- Lead the Team: Build, manage, and mentor the sales and business development team. Foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and excellence.
- Drive Performance: Regularly evaluate team and individual performance, creating tailored development plans to maximize potential and align with company goals.
- Optimize Reporting: Provide clear, actionable reports to the General Manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and the outcomes of implemented strategies.
- Build Relationships: Strengthen connections with existing clients, identify and secure new partnerships, and oversee negotiations on complex deals.
Requirements
- Experience: Over 5 years of management experience with a strong background in senior roles in sales/business development within banking solutions, finance, IT, payment providers, or related industries. Familiarity with payment product decomposition, sales cycles, ROI analysis, and scaling processes.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Leadership Skills: Experience motivating and inspiring teams, creating performance frameworks, and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to inform decisions, optimize processes, and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Emotional intelligence, business acumen, exceptional argumentation and communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of results while fostering collaboration.
