Job description

Job Descriptions:

1. Gain in-depth understanding and application of local financial reporting standards to ensure the company's financial statements comply with local regulatory requirements.

2. Responsible for the daily accounting processing and quality review of subsidiaries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data.

3. Work closely with the Group Finance Shared Services Center to optimize financial data processing procedures, improve the efficiency of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.

4. Coordinate and complete statutory audits for subsidiaries, promptly address issues identified during the audit process, and ensure the smooth issuance of audit reports.

5. Closely monitor changes in local tax policies, analyze the impact of policy changes on the company's business in a timely manner, and provide professional tax advisory services to ensure business activities comply with the latest tax regulations.

6. Responsible for tax filing for subsidiaries, including but not limited to value-added tax (VAT), corporate income tax, and withholding tax, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to mitigate tax risks.

7. Participate in tax health checks for the company, identify potential tax risks, and propose effective risk mitigation measures.

8. Maintain good relationships with local tax authorities, respond promptly to inquiries and inspections from tax authorities, and handle tax disputes appropriately.

9. Implement the company’s transfer pricing policy locally, prepare transfer pricing documentation, and ensure compliance with local tax authority requirements.

10. Manage invoices and other tax-related documents for subsidiaries, ensuring that invoice issuance, acquisition, and storage comply with local regulations.

Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, taxation, or related fields.

2. Intermediate or higher-level accounting qualification.

3. 5-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably with full-cycle financial and general ledger management experience. A solid understanding of international accounting standards and international taxation is required. Experience in large or medium-sized enterprises is preferred.

4. Background in the same industry is preferred, or experience in the full supply chain of hardware manufacturing and sales. Big Four experience is also acceptable.

5. Excellent cross-departmental communication skills, strong logical and analytical abilities, a quick learner with a strong sense of self-motivation. Team management experience is a plus.

6. Proficiency in English as a working language and willingness to travel.
