Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the Accounts & Finance team.
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of accounting transactions and records.
• Deliver cost-effective and efficient accounting services to control company expenditures.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Monitor budget implementation as directed by the Group CFO.
• Compile and issue financial reports within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits.
• Manage monthly and year-end closing processes across entities.
• Prepare consolidated monthly and annual financial reports.
• Oversee annual budget preparation and submission.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and address regulatory updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is a plus).
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role, with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and IFRS standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
