Job Description

• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and maintain compliance with UAE regulations.
• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide financial forecasts.
• Handle month-end and year-end closings efficiently.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure VAT compliance and manage tax-related matters.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain internal controls and support strategic financial planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CA preferred).
• 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and labor laws.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and integrity.
• Preference for candidates with UAE experience and familiarity with local compliance standards.
