Job summary

Pglube is seeking an experienced Chemist to conduct laboratory testing and analysis of lubricants and related petroleum products in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The role involves performing raw material inspections and ensuring product quality in compliance with industry standards.

Role Scope
  • Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of lubricants, oils, greases, and related petroleum products
  • Monitor and maintain product quality in compliance with company and industry standards
  • Perform raw material inspection and quality verification before production
  • Support product formulation, blending processes, and product development activities
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and quality documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations
  • Coordinate with production and technical teams to resolve product quality issues
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments
  • Assist in research and development activities for new lubricant products and improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Chemist, preferably in the lubricants, oil, or petrochemical industry
  • Good knowledge of lubricant testing methods and laboratory procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and reporting abilities
