Job summary
Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehousing activities, ensure safe chemical handling, and manage inventory using ERP systems. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, familiarity with SAP B1 or S4HANA, and strong knowledge of UAE storage regulations, FIFO/FEFO,
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Technical training in warehouse operations or logistics is an advantage.
- Experience with chemical warehousing and hazardous materials handling.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Maintain stock levels through cycle counts and monthly inventories.
- Enforce HSE guidelines and proper chemical handling and PPE usage.
- Lead and train warehouse staff; coordinate with production and procurement.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and forklift operation.
- Prepare warehouse performance reports and ensure regulatory documentation.
