Job summary
Workato is seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi Process Development team. The role focuses on developing and refining chemical processes to boost efficiency and product quality, while maintaining strict safety standards.
The ideal candidate holds a chemical engineering degree with hands-on experience in process development, DOE, and SPC, and can communicate effectively in English. UAE visa and full-time commitment required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process development in chemical manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of process design, SPC and simulation software.
- DOE experience is preferred and beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop new chemical processes for production
- Conduct experiments to test processes and analyze data for feasibility
- Optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide improvement solutions
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, and Supply Chain
- Develop and maintain SOPs for all processes
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
