Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating new dishes, as well as a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should have experience working in a professional kitchen setting, with at least some familiarity of Middle Eastern cuisine. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to the menu and specifications set by the head chef
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked in accordance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling techniques
• Create new recipes and dishes while taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, of high quality and cost effective
• Assist with menu planning and food costing calculations as needed
• Assist with training junior staff members in kitchen skills

Requirements
