Job description

  • Working Days/Timings - 6 days working-Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare and cook fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, fries, wraps, salads, and beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company and food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Ensure that equipment and workstations are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Monitor stock levels for ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor/manager.
  • Assist with receiving and proper storage of food supplies.

Quality & Safety

  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines (e.g., HACCP principles).
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure food items are fresh and within expiry.
  • Maintain accurate temperature logs for food storage and preparation areas.

Teamwork & Customer Service

  • Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
  • Communicate with front-of-house staff to handle special requests or urgent orders.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff or new joiners as needed.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience working in a fast food kitchen or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
