A Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

What will I be doing?

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also assist with food cost controls. Your tasks include:

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines
  • Maintain clean and tidy working areas, ensuring no cross-contamination
  • Prepare mis-en-place for relevant menus
  • Assist in resolving guest queries promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure quality and proper storage of foodstuffs
  • Contribute to controlling costs and improving gross profit margins
  • Assist other departments and maintain good relationships
  • Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
  • Comply with security, fire, health, and food safety regulations
  • Understand departmental targets and strive to achieve them
  • Be environmentally conscious
