Job Description

  • Prepare food to a high standard in any area required by the senior chefs.
  • Assist in any extra functions.
  • Provide a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.
  • Manage the Client Dining, restaurant, hospitality, and conference food offers when requested by senior chefs.
  • Assist in the training of junior staff.
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations.
  • Conduct hygiene and personal hygiene checks.
  • Ensure all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements are adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety Policy.
  • Comply with all legal requirements, including fire regulations, security, license requirements, and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable requests from Senior Management.
  • Ability to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
