Qualifications

• Secondary education with a strong focus on food safety and kitchen operations.
• Proficient knife skills and product knowledge of international cuisines.
• Understanding of HACCP standards and guidelines.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise kitchen staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Requisition raw materials and monitor ingredients for quality control.
• Guarantee food is fresh, hygienic, and stored according to company standards.
• Maintain HACCP standards for dry and cold storage, and clean and tidy kitchen and utensils.
• Monitor kitchen costs, inventory levels, and portion and quality control.
• Schedule rosters to maximize the kitchen’s efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver high-quality products to every outlet and guest.
• Attend department and inter-department meetings; promote teamwork and multicultural cooperation.
• Follow health and safety standards and participate in recycling programs.
